Refund Policy

Returns

In the unlikely case that you wish to return your Swypes product(s), you have 14 days (after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive them) to arrange a return. Where the Products are split into several deliveries over different days, you have until 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the last delivery, to change your mind.

To be eligible for a return, your Swypes product(s) must be in the same condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase via order confirmation order.

We won't accept returns in certain circumstances, including for:

    1. Products you have damaged, or that are no longer in their original condition (including where you have cut labels off); and
    2. Products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@swypes.co.uk, be sure to include your order number in the email.

We will pay the costs of return if:

    1. the Products are faulty or misdescribed; and
    2. there is an error in pricing or description or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.
Other than as set out above, in all other circumstances, you must pay the costs of return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an unpaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by your mishandling. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the products and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.

If your order was sent with free shipping and you decide to return all or part of your order for a refund, the actual delivery charge we incurred to send your order will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our shipping costs. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
