Shipping Information

  • We provide FREE delivery for all orders above £20.00 within the UK.
  • For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Estimated shipping times commence from the date of dispatch and are approximate, not guaranteed.
  • Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Courier Strikes

Please note that external factors such as courier strikes may affect our standard delivery timeframes. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we appreciate your patience and understanding during such occurrences. In the event of delays, we will endeavour to keep you informed and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.


Out of Stock

In the rare event that a product from your order is out of stock, we will promptly contact you to discuss suitable alternatives or issue a refund for the unavailable item.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, they will be shipped together once all products are available in stock.

Late or Lost Orders

We advise customers to ensure the accuracy of delivery information provided during checkout. Swypes is not liable for missing parcels due to incorrect addresses or delivery instructions. Any discrepancies or issues with orders must be reported to us within 30 working days from the dispatch date.


Items Not Received but Tracking Shows Delivery

If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your order, please contact the courier service for further assistance. We do not refund or replace items marked as delivered.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if flagged by our fraud prevention system or due to address verification issues. If your order is canceled and you believe it to be an error, please ensure payment details match billing information or consider using an alternative payment method.


Subscriptions

Subscription orders are eligible for free delivery on recurring deliveries. Please note that delivery charges apply to the first subscription (unless the order total is £20 or more). No further delivery fees will be charged on subsequent subscription orders.
