Swypes are biodegradable, naturally formulated body wipes designed for those times when you can't shower.

Swypes are not your standard wet wipe - we’ve made sure of that. They are triple the size of normal wipes and three times as thick, making them perfect for people on the go, who need a quick, convenient way to freshen up. Not only that, but they are quick drying, moisturising and cooling - characteristics that an ordinary wet wipe doesn’t have.

Yes, Swypes are eco-friendly. Not only are they 100% biodegradable, but they are made using natural ingredients, they are never tested on animals, and because they replace the conventional shower, they are saving water with every wipe.

We’re proud to have produced a product that is purpose-driven, whilst being biodegradable, free of parabens and most importantly - suitable for sensitive skin.

Whether you’re on a camping trip, off to a festival, finishing up a workout or travelling, Swypes are individually-wrapped for freshness and convenience. Easy to pack, tote, or tuck away to use whenever needed.

Swypes are designed for those times when you can't shower; enriched with soothing aloe vera, energising vitamin-e, and cooling chamomile for an especially refreshing rinse-free wipe-down.

The nature of producing our effective, dual-sided wipes means it might cost a little more, but it doesn’t cost the earth! (questionable… it kind of does)

We can currently only ship to the United Kingdom - but we're working closely with delivery carriers and hope to have more options available soon!

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. However, we typically ship orders within 1-2 business days.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout, but all subscription orders are shipped for free!

All of our subscription orders include free delivery, or receive free shipping with your one-off purchase when you spend over £20.

Absolutely! All of our subscription orders include free delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

We’re really sorry if you were expecting your order to turn up by now and you’ve still not received it. If it’s been longer than the estimated time, please email us with your order number and delivery address to hello@swypes.co.uk and we’ll help you!

For international orders, taxes, customs, and duties may be applicable and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any import or customs fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website.
All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel.

As we are unable to advise the amount of these fees, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates.

If your order incurs duties and taxes and you refuse to pay, the charges will be deducted from any refunds made.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been placed - this includes the following:

- Shipping method
- Delivery or billing address
- Adding/removing items

In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, please get in touch with our support team at hello@swypes.co.uk with the following information and we will be happy to help.

- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive

Once we have receive this information, our support team will resolve this as quickly as possible.

All claims for orders arriving with missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

We offer a 14-day return policy on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us to return your order.

Yes, please email us to receive an invoice within 7 business days at hello@swypes.co.uk.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page and follow the steps to arrange a return.

Please include your full name and order number within the returns package (products that arrive without a name and order number will be unable to process).
If you would like an exchange, include the changes you would like made to your order.
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

Items must be unopened and unused.

Please note that we are not responsible for paying any taxes, customs or duties on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order.
We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

Orders sent back to our fulfilment centre after the 14-day return window has passed will be returned to the customer.

Depending on which service you've chosen to return your item(s), it can usually take up to 20 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.
Our customer support team will let you know your order has been processed to confirm the next steps of your return.

In the unlikely event that your order is cancelled by us, there could be two possible reasons for this:

- Item out of stock
If this is the case, we will work with you to replace this item once it's re-stocked. If no alternative can be found, we will issue a refund for this product and deliver the remainder of your order.

- High risk order
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, our fraud filter may have marked your order as potentially fraudulent. If you are sure that is not the case, please confirm the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and check out again. Alternatively, please order again with a PayPal account. If you do not have PayPal, you can easily sign up at www.paypal.com

We accept payments via all major providers: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Any discount codes used with an order will be split evenly between items as a percentage. So when a refund is processed, you will receive the discounted price as a refund.

Discount codes are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale, non-branded Swypes items or in conjunction with any other code or promotional offer unless stated. If you are still having problems using your code, please email our customer service team on hello@swypes.co.uk.
